Job Summary
Realty Project Coach leads Walmart US Realty Execution projects including store and club remodels, new stores, and special projects across the US. Responsibilities include owning project execution, coordinating with store team leads, supervising hourly team members, handling escalations, and communicating plans to stakeholders. The role involves travel across the US, overnight shifts (10-12 hours), and being based out of a home store with frequent travel to surrounding states. Qualifications include knowledge of construction remodels, project management, space management, and/or store design, with 1 year of experience (or 3 years) in related areas; Bachelor's degree required and Master’s degree preferred. Salary ranges from $60,000 to $110,000 annually with additional benefits and an education program (Live Better U). Travel and benefits details are described, including health, 401(k), PTO, and more.
