Job Summary
Lead Realty projects across Walmart US, owning execution of remodels, new stores, and special projects with responsibility for on-time, on-budget delivery. Partner with store team leads to supervise hourly team members, handle escalations, and collaborate with store leadership to keep projects on track. Travel to projects across the US with emphasis on coordinating plans, changes, and obstacles with key stakeholders; develop associates through supervision and mentorship; focus on project management, space management, and store design concepts. Influencing others to meet timelines and deliverables, communicating plans and changes, and ensuring minimal impact on store operations. Demonstrate knowledge of construction remodels, project management, space management, and/or store design, with experience leading people, projects, initiatives, or cross-functional teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field and 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area OR 3 years of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area
