Job Summary
Lead the execution of Walmart Realty projects across the US, including store and club remodels, new stores, and special projects. Own project ownership by driving on-time, on-budget delivery while maintaining quality standards; supervise and develop associates; collaborate with store leadership to partner with leads, handle escalations, and communicate plans, changes, and obstacles to stakeholders. Travel across the US is required, with frequent overnight stays (up to 17–21 days away at a time) and 80% travel implied; role is based out of a home store with mileage and overnight stays reimbursed. Emphasis on construction remodels, project management, space management, store design, and cross-functional leadership; strong focus on team development, mentorship, and achieving project milestones.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field and 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area OR 3 years of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area
- Preferred Qualifications: Master’s degree in Business or related field; 1 year’s experience leading cross-functional teams; Project Management - Management Professional Certification
