Job Summary
Oversee the execution of Walmart US store and club remodels, new stores, and special projects across the United States. Own project delivery by ensuring timelines and budgets are met while upholding quality standards. Supervise hourly team members, handle escalations, and collaborate with store leadership to keep projects on track. Travel up to 1000 miles from home with overnight stays; primarily night shifts. Develop associates through coaching and mentorship, communicate plans and changes to key stakeholders, and motivate teams to meet deliverables. Requires Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) and experience in project management, space management, or store design; cross-functional leadership experience is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field and 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area OR 3 years of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area
