Job Summary
Oversee the execution of Walmart store remodels, new stores and clubs, and special projects across the US within Realty Execution. Responsibilities include owning project plans, timelines, and budgets; supervising hourly team members and handling escalations; collaborating with store leadership and key stakeholders; traveling for project coverage (up to 1000 miles from home store) with significant overnight travel; and developing associates through supervision, mentoring, and performance feedback. Requires strong knowledge of construction remodels, project management, space management, and store design; experience leading cross-functional teams; and a Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field (Master’s preferred). Required Qualifications
