(USA) Realty Project Coach

As Realty Project Coach on Walmart US Realty Execution, you will own the execution of store and club remodels, new stores, and special projects across the US. You will partner with store team leads to supervise hourly team members, handle escalations, and collaborate with store leadership to keep projects on time and within budget while meeting quality standards. You will travel to projects across the US, influence and develop associates, communicate plans and obstacles to stakeholders, and oversee project delivery from initiation through completion. The role emphasizes project management, space management, store design, leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and travel up to 1000 miles with overnight stays and mileage reimbursement.
