Job Summary
Lead prepared foods and café department operations to drive sales and supervise hourly associates, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance. Manage rotations across prepared foods areas, train and develop team members, leverage digital tools to plan and improve operations and the member experience, and collaborate with other leaders to meet business goals. Demonstrates ownership of profitability, staffing, audit/compliance standards, and open communication with associates and partners.
Required Qualifications
- 6 months experience in a fresh production department or 6 months experience supervising a team
- Must be 18 years of age or older
