Job Summary
Process and dispense prescription orders, administer immunizations, and lead a team of pharmacists and staff to ensure compliance with Board of Pharmacy statutes. Model and enforce proper customer service techniques while overseeing merchandise presentation, accurate pricing, and inventory levels. Analyze data to enhance pharmacy performance, implement loss prevention controls, and manage community outreach programs. Ensure safety and quality assurance reviews are completed. Requires a PharmD or Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, FPGEC certification, and a valid pharmacy license. Located in Mountain Home, ID, with an annual salary range of $112,000.00 - $197,000.00.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD
- degree or equivalent FPGEC (NABP)
- Pharmacy license (by job entry date)
- Completion of an ACPE accredited immunization training program (for example, APhA, Pharmacy School Curriculum, State Pharmacy Association sponsored)
- U.S. pharmacy related experience
