Job Summary
Process and dispense prescription orders, administer immunizations, and lead a team of pharmacists and staff to ensure comprehensive patient care and community outreach. Model and enforce proper customer service techniques while maintaining accurate pricing, inventory levels, and merchandise presentation. Analyze financial and performance data to drive business decisions and oversee safety, quality assurance, and loss prevention controls in compliance with Board of Pharmacy statutes. This role supports Walmart's mission to improve community health and engagement through high standards of pharmacy service and operational excellence.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD, degree or equivalent FPGEC (NABP)
- Pharmacy license (by job entry date)
- Completion of an ACPE accredited immunization training program (for example, APhA, Pharmacy School Curriculum, State Pharmacy Association sponsored)
