As a Personal Shopper at Sam's Club, you will provide member service by assisting customers with membership information, promoting benefits, and processing membership upgrades and credit accounts. You will fulfill Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders, review orders, pull items from shelves, scan and wrap items, ensure order accuracy, and secure merchandise for Members. You’ll collaborate with managers, coworkers, and business partners to prioritize tasks, communicate progress, and identify opportunities for improvement while adapting to changes. You will provide informed purchasing assistance to Members, resolve issues, and promote Walmart/Sam's Club products and services. You will also uphold safety standards by following all procedures, including forklift spotting, hazardous materials handling, and reporting unsafe conditions, while aligning with the company values and Open Door Policy to foster a culture of belonging and integrity.
