Deliver exceptional member service while executing in-store fulfillment tasks.Responsibilities include processing Membership upgrades and credit accounts, providing information on Membership benefits, promoting Walmart/Sam's Club products and services, fulfilling and securing Click n' Pull and n' Pull orders, scanning and packing items, and ensuring order accuracy for Members. Actively contributes to meeting Membership goals, participates in sales and marketing events, and adheres to safety standards and store policies. Demonstrates teamwork, integrity, and respect for colleagues and Members; leverages programs like Live Better U and other education benefits where applicable. Works within a culture of belonging, communicates progress, and supports continuous improvement in operations and member experience.
