Delivers member service by assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, and fulfilling Click n Pull/orders for Sam's Club members; processes memberships upgrades and credit accounts; promotes membership benefits and Sam's Club services; participates in sales and marketing events to meet membership goals; ensures order accuracy and invoices, scans and bags items, and secures items until Members arrive; collaborates with managers, coworkers, customers, and partners to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and address opportunities; maintains safety standards, follows forklift and hazardous materials handling procedures, and adheres to safety guidelines; demonstrates integrity and teamwork while supporting Walmart's culture and the Open Door Policy.
