(USA) Personal Shopper - Sam's

Provides Member service by assisting customers with purchasing decisions, promoting Membership benefits, processing Memberships upgrades and credit accounts, and fulfilling Click n Pull and Fax n Pull orders. Participates in sales and marketing events to meet Membership goals, ensures order accuracy and invoices, and handles out-of-stock items. Maintains safety and ethics standards, collaborates with managers and colleagues, and supports Walmart/Sam's Club values and programs (including education benefits). The role includes scanning, pulling items from shelves, wrapping/palletizing, and ensuring items are secured for Members' arrival, while delivering a high level of customer service and following company policies and procedures.
