Lead role overseeing personal shopper operations at Sam's Club, supervising associates in assigned area by assigning duties, providing direction and feedback, training on processes and member service techniques, supporting ecommerce programs (Club Pickup, Ship From Club), auditing customer feedback, resolving issues, and escalating unresolved concerns to management. Oversees club pickup and ecommerce staffing, workloads, performance evaluation, and training resources; ensures safety and policy compliance, including safety sweeps, hazardous materials handling, and adherence to Open Door Policy. Partners with management to drive satisfaction, efficiency, and continuous improvement of CPU performance, and collaborates with managers and colleagues to meet business needs while maintaining high ethical standards and customer focus.
