Overnight Stocking Coach leads and develops store teams by training and actively listening to associates, tours stores, and provides feedback to drive store operations, merchandising, inventory flow, and customer service standards. Responsible for supervising and developing hourly associates, hiring and mentoring, setting expectations, and promoting a culture of belonging. Drives store financial performance by reviewing P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses; ensures shrink mitigation and optimal merchandise presentation during seasonal transitions. Collaborates with stakeholders to implement business initiatives, Open Door policy, and company direction, and leads change efforts while maintaining high standards of ethics and integrity. Focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and planning action steps for continuous process improvements.
