Job Summary
Overnight Stocking Coach leads and develops teams by teaching training and actively listening to associates, touring stores, providing feedback, and communicating store objectives. Responsibilities include driving store operations, merchandise presentation, customer service initiatives, and resolving customer needs and issues. The role involves managing and supporting budgeting, forecasting, and expense control, monitoring inventory flow, reducing shrink, and implementing action plans to achieve sales and profit goals. It also requires supervising hourly associates, mentoring and developing staff, enforcing Open Door Policy, and fostering a sense of belonging while aligning with company values and ethics.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years’ college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
- Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (for example, Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, etc.).
