Provides Member service by acknowledging the Member, identifying needs, and assisting with purchasing decisions in the Optical area. Sells optical products and services by measuring, adjusting, and repairing frames and lenses, processing eyewear/contacts orders and related paperwork, and handling payments and returns. Maintains the Optical area, stock, displays, and pricing, and adheres to company policies. Delivers customer-focused service, supports merchandise organization, and ensures accurate documentation. Demonstrates integrity, teamwork, and a commitment to continuous improvement and excellent customer experience.
