Job Summary
Leads and coordinates a Walmart Sam's Club front-end/member services area, supervising associates by assigning duties, training and coaching, participating in recruiting and scheduling, and supporting member service approaches to resolve issues. Responsible for processing memberships and credit accounts, promoting membership benefits, achieving membership goals, and supporting sales events. Delivers customer service by assisting members with purchases, guiding self-service options, and handling transactions with registers/self-checkout. Oversees daily operations, cash handling, deposits, and accounting tasks, ensuring compliance with policies and maintaining confidentiality. Develops processes to meet business needs through collaboration with managers and partners, analyzes information, and drives improvements. Demonstrates integrity and teamwork, mentors others, and upholds Walmart values while delivering results for members and customers.
Required Qualifications
- 6 months retail experience including operating front-end equipment (for example, cash register) AND 6 months customer service experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
