Job Summary

Lead front-end team at Sam's Club in Shreveport, supervise associates by assigning duties, training on processes and procedures, and providing direction on member service approaches to resolve member issues. Promote membership types, programs and benefits to current and prospective members; assist with processing memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts; encourage renewals and participate in sales/marketing events. Oversee shopping-area operations, assist members with purchasing decisions, transactions, and self-checkout, and ensure club pickup orders are fulfilled. Maintain compliance with policies, organize merchandise and resources, monitor shrink and damages, and prepare financial records and deposits. Collaborate with managers and partners to identify improvement opportunities, support Open Door Policy, and contribute to a culture of integrity and belonging while leading and mentoring team members to meet membership goals and service standards.

Required Qualifications

  • 6 months retail experience including operating front-end equipment (e.g., cash register)
  • 6 months customer service experience
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
