Job Summary

Leads front-end team at Sam's Club in Salt Lake City, overseeing member service and coaching associates. Responsibilities include assigning duties, communicating goals and feedback, training on processes, promoting membership information and benefits, processing memberships and credit accounts, driving membership renewals, and participating in sales and marketing events. Also responsible for handling transactions at registers or self-checkout, assisting members with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, and supporting self-service technology. Manages area operations such as claims/returns, merchandising, inventory/shrink controls, and keeping carts/flatbeds available; ensures policy compliance, financial documentation, deposits, and accounting-related tasks. Collaborates with managers and coworkers to drive business needs, analyzes information from multiple sources, and strives to meet performance and customer-service goals. Demonstrates Walmart values, integrity, and a culture of belonging, and supports team development and organizational success.

Required Qualifications

  • 6 months retail experience including operating front-end equipment (e.g., cash register)
  • 6 months customer service experience
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
