Job Summary
Member Specialist at Sam's Club: provide member service, maintain checkout area, process purchases, assist with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges per policies; promote Sam's Club products and services; guide members on self-service tech; train Frontline Services associates on processes; roll out new programs; ensure safety, security, and a safe shopping environment; maintain merchandise and zones; assist members with locating and purchasing decisions; acknowledge members and verify memberships; handle receipts and documentation; observe Open Door Policy and engage in loss prevention and asset protection; participate in training and continuous improvement initiatives; benefit-rich environment with health, retirement, and education programs.
Required Qualifications
- Retail experience including operating front end equipment (cash register)
