Job Summary
Oversee and shape pharmacy clinical services for a Walmart market, including direct patient care via MTM and immunizations, program development and strategy, and revenue-driven performance improvements. Lead training and mentorship of pharmacists, ensure compliance with licensure and certification requirements, and collaborate with Health Wellness leadership to deploy clinical services, quality initiatives, and community outreach while aligning clinical delivery with cost-effectiveness and ROI objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy
- Doctor of Pharmacy degree (PharmD.)
- equivalent Foreign Pharmacy Graduate Examination Committee (FPGEC) certification program
- 1 year experience practicing as a licensed pharmacist
- Pharmacist license in all states of a market
- Completion of APhA Pharmacy-Based Immunization Delivery Certificate program
- State Immunization License
- CPR/AED Certification
