Job Summary
Lead and develop store teams as a GM Coach at Walmart, directing store operations and ensuring customer service excellence. Responsible for supervising hourly associates, hiring and mentoring staff, managing budgeting/forecasting and controlling expenses, driving sales and profitability, and implementing merchandising and inventory processes. Partner with leadership to uphold Open Door Policy, promote belonging, and execute company initiatives while maintaining ethical standards and high-quality customer experiences across stores in the designated area.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience
