Job Summary
Leads and develops store teams to drive sales and profitability, manages budgeting and inventory, and implements process improvements. Builds a high-performing, inclusive work environment by hiring, mentoring, and setting clear expectations for hourly associates, while delivering exceptional customer service and leveraging Walmart’s Open Door Policy. Coordinates with stakeholders to meet customer and business needs, analyzes data to guide decisions, and ensures compliance with company values and ethics. Focused on merchandising, seasonal transitions, shrink control, and delivering a positive store experience aligned with company direction and community initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
