Job Summary
GM Coach oversees store operations and leads hourly associates within the Spanaway, WA Walmart, driving profitability and customer excellence. Responsibilities include teaching, developing teams, coaching and feedback, supervising operations, budgeting/forecasting, inventory and shrink control, merchandising execution, Open Door Policy adherence, and implementing business initiatives while fostering a culture of belonging and high performance. The role requires supervising and developing staff, ensuring compliance with company policies, and partnering with stakeholders to meet sales and service goals.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of college; OR 1 year retail experience and 1 year supervisory experience; OR 2 years general work experience and 1 year supervisory experience.
