Job Summary
Front End Coach leads and develops teams by coaching, training, and actively listening to associates; drives store performance and customer service excellence through supervision, mentoring, and collaboration with stakeholders. Responsible for financial performance (P&L), budgeting and forecasting, inventory and merchandising, and implementing action plans to meet sales and shrink goals. Establishes clear expectations, provides recognition, and fosters a sense of belonging while promoting Walmart values and Open Door Policy. Oversees associate development, ensures compliance with policies, and supports community and outreach initiatives. Emphasizes data-driven decision making, continuous improvement, and a culture of customer-first service to deliver a high-quality shopping experience.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
