Job Summary
Coach leading and developing store teams by teaching, training, and actively listening to associates; manage and drive store operations, merchandising, budgeting, forecasting, and profitability; develop and mentor hourly associates, promote belonging, ensure excellent customer service, implement business initiatives, and lead action plans to improve performance and shrink. Role involves supervising supervisors and associates, coordinating with stakeholders, ensuring Open Door Policy adherence, applying EDLP/EDLC concepts, and driving sales and customer satisfaction at the Roanoke, TX Walmart Supercenter.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience
