Job Summary
Leads and develops Walmart store teams by hiring, training, and mentoring hourly associates; drives sales and financial performance through effective store operations, inventory management, and merchandise presentation; ensures exceptional customer service using the One Best Way model, resolves customer issues, implements action plans to improve deficiencies, and reinforces company policies and ethics. Oversees plans and initiatives with stakeholders, promotes a culture of belonging, supports Open Door policy, and coordinates talent development to meet staffing and growth objectives. Manages budgets, forecasts, and expenses to align with sales goals, monitors shrink, and champions continuous improvement and adoption of new technologies and processes to enhance the customer experience.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years’ college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
