Job Summary
Leads and develops store teams to deliver exceptional customer service and effective store operations. Drives financial performance by overseeing budgeting, forecasting, expense control, merchandising, inventory flow, and shrink reduction. Provides supervision and development for hourly associates through hiring, training, mentoring, setting expectations, recognition, and fostering a sense of belonging. Builds strong internal relationships with stakeholders, ensures policy compliance, and applies data-driven insights to improve the customer experience and implement business-process improvements. Emphasizes integrity, teamwork, and Live Better U education benefits as part of career growth.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
- Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments.
