Job Summary
Lead and develop store teams by teaching training and actively listening to associates; manage customer service initiatives and store operations; oversee budgeting, forecasting, and P&L to meet sales and profit goals; ensure merchandising, inventory flow, and shrink control; hire, train, mentor, and develop hourly associates; enforce Open Door Policy, promote a sense of belonging, and uphold ethics and integrity; collaborate with stakeholders to achieve business objectives and drive continuous improvement in customer experience and performance.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience
