Job Summary
Lead and develop store teams by teaching training and actively listening to associates, touring stores and providing feedback; communicate and collaborate with all levels of associates regarding store operations, merchandising, and company direction; guide change initiatives and implement business solutions; model exceptional customer service and drive customer satisfaction; manage store financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses; monitor merchandising, inventory flow, and shrink; provide supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates; ensure compliance with policies and ethics; promote a culture of belonging and inclusivity; recruit and develop qualified associates to support staffing and growth; work with key stakeholders to meet customer and business needs and drive continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years’ college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience
- Associates will be required to attend trainings and assessments such as Academy trainings and Open Door trainings
