Leads and develops store teams by teaching training and actively listening to associates, touring stores, providing feedback, and communicating business objectives. Drives store financial performance by reviewing PL statements, budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses; ensures effective merchandise presentation, inventory flow, shrink mitigation, and customer service excellence. Supervises and develops hourly associates through hiring, training, mentoring, setting expectations, recognition, and promoting a sense of belonging. Coordinates activities with stakeholders, supports Open Door Policy, and ensures adherence to company values and ethics. This role focuses on achieving sales and customer satisfaction goals while fostering teamwork and continuous improvement at the North Miami Beach Walmart location.
