Food & Consumables Coach responsible for leading and developing store teams, delivering training and coaching, and ensuring exceptional customer service using the OBW service model. Drives store financial performance through budgeting, P&L oversight, merchandising, inventory management, and shrink control while implementing process improvements. Oversees hiring, training, mentoring, and performance management of hourly associates, fosters a culture of belonging, and collaborates with stakeholders to achieve sales and operational goals. Ensures compliance with company policies, Open Door guidelines, and ethics, and supports programs such as Live Better U and benefits that empower associates. This role combines people leadership with hands-on store operations, analytics, and customer-focus responsibilities in a full-time capacity at the Rome, GA location.
