Job Summary
Lead and develop qualified associates to meet staffing needs and achieve company growth potential. Coordinate and oversee job-related activities by developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders; support plans to meet customer and business needs; identify and communicate goals and objectives; build accountability for progress and address improvement opportunities. Provide supervision and development opportunities by hiring and training, mentoring, assigning duties, providing recognition, and promoting a belonging mindset. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and support Walmart values and ethics by implementing related action plans and promoting Open Door Policy. Foster a respectful culture, collaborate across teams, attract and retain top talent, empower and develop others, and recognize contributions. Deliver results with customer focus, leverage data insights, and drive continuous improvement; promote adoption of new technologies and skills; support change. Required Qualifications
- 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
