As a Cake Decorator PT, you will join the bakery team to produce and decorate items to meet quality standards, following recipes and using decorating bags, tips, and nozzles to create flowers and lettering. You will collaborate with associates to support customer service goals, educate others on tools and processes, and leverage handheld technology to drive efficiency and accuracy in production, inventory, and freshness. You will ensure food safety, sanitation, and cold chain compliance while maintaining equipment and in-stock levels, and contribute to seasonal events and member satisfaction by identifying needs and assisting customers with purchases. You will embody Walmart values, act with integrity, and be a brand ambassador for delivering a high-quality bakery experience to members.
