Oversee Auto Care Center operations at Walmart location, drive sales and financial performance, ensure merchandise stocking, pricing and signing accuracy, inventory management, budgeting and forecasting, and customer service excellence. Lead associates, provide supervision and development, ensure technicians are trained and certified, maintain visual merchandising and safety, coordinate with stakeholders, and uphold Walmart values.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years experience in automotive service or service industry field
- 1 year of supervisory experience
- Valid driver's license
Desired Qualifications
- Automotive Certification from Automotive Technical Institute
- Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University
