Job Summary
Lead Auto Care Center operations at a Walmart location by driving automotive sales and service performance, maintaining inventory, merchandising, pricing accuracy, and in‐stock levels. Oversee staff development and supervision, train associates, and foster a culture of belonging and ethical practice while ensuring customer service excellence, safety, and policy compliance. Collaborate with stakeholders to meet customer and business goals, monitor workflows, and promote automotive products and services. Ensure technicians are trained and certified on service procedures, manage customer requests and service orders, and uphold environmental and safety standards in the Auto Care Center and sales floor.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years experience in automotive service or service industry
- 1 year of supervisory experience
- Valid driver's license
- Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (for example, Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, etc.).
