Direct and develop asset protection and store-operations teams across Walmart locations by hiring, training, mentoring, setting clear expectations, and providing feedback to achieve staffing and growth goals. Drive loss prevention and inventory controls by identifying performance gaps, conducting investigations, reviewing variances, and implementing corrective actions. Lead merchandising and store presentation, pricing accuracy, signing, and rotation of merchandise while ensuring cleanliness and safety. Oversee safety programs, incident prevention, and risk controls; monitor claims and receiving procedures; coordinate with managers and partners to meet customer and business needs. Facilitate customer service initiatives, resolve customer issues, and deliver actionable plans to improve store operations and the customer experience. Develop associates through coaching, performance management, and recognition, ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and OpenDoor principles.
