Job Summary
Asset Protection Operations Coach responsible for overseeing asset protection, loss prevention, and store operations. Drives merchandising standards, accurate pricing, proper signing, inventory control, cleanliness, and displays; leads and develops hourly associates through training and feedback; conducts investigations of policy violations and potential fraud; partners with store leadership to implement action plans, safety programs, and process improvements; communicates company direction and business initiatives, and reinforces customer service standards using the One Best Way model. Ensures compliance with policies, supports receiving and claims operations, and maintains OpenDoor policy practices. Plays a key role in talent development, safety, and community outreach while aligning with Walmart values and EDLP/EDLC business models.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of 2 years of college
- supervisor experience in a multi-department environment
- experience in asset protection or related area
- criminal background check and/or firearms training as applicable
