Job Summary
Asset Protection Operations Coach at Walmart in Toledo leads and develops hourly associates, oversees inventory controls and loss prevention, drives safety programs, coaching, and training; manages merchandising, pricing/signage, and display upkeep; conducts investigations, supports claims/receiving, and partners with store leadership to implement process improvements; champions OpenDoor policy and Live Better U education initiatives, fosters a culture of integrity and accountability, and aligns team performance with company goals while delivering strong customer service through the OBW service model.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of 2 years of college
- 1 year’s experience as a supervisor in a multi-department environment
- 1 year’s experience in asset protection or related area
- Successful completion of any applicable state requirements to work in asset protection (e.g., minimum age, specialized training, certification and/or licensing)
