Job Summary
Lead the training team to develop and deploy curricula for plant personnel supporting cGMP clinical and commercial cell therapy manufacturing. Manage skill checks, qualifications, and compliance course evaluations while collaborating with Operations and Quality to enable safe product release. Serve as subject matter expert for training systems, troubleshoot user issues, and prepare audit documentation. Maintain quality metrics and recommend system upgrades to support facility rampup and commercial launch.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Science, Information Science or equivalent technical discipline
- A minimum of 6 years relevant work experience
- Experience working within an aseptic manufacturing facility
- Experience in training/system applications
- Experience in quality systems
- Experience in learning management systems
- Knowledge of cGMP regulations
- Knowledge of FDA/EU guidance related to manufacturing of cell-based products
- Knowledge of Good Tissue Practices
- Ability to manage shifting priorities to meet critical deadlines in a fast paced and dynamic, growing environment
- Advanced computer skills
- Practical knowledge of MS Office Suite
- Practical knowledge of SharePoint
- Knowledge of LMS system
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lead with influence
- Project management
- Change management
