Job Summary
Senior risk domain oversight responsibilities include leading and supporting risk-management frameworks, advising executives and business leaders, and developing/overseeing cross-functional programs within technology risk and cyber risk domains. The role requires innovative thinking to develop solutions, leadership of cross-domain programs, ability to challenge first-line risk assessments, and effective communication with senior management. Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree or technical certificate and/or 10+ years relevant experience
- Advanced knowledge of risk management governance, programs, policies, practices
- Knowledge of risk management environment, standards, regulations and mitigation
- Ability to contribute to strategic direction and provide advice to senior leadership
- Strong analytical, negotiation, problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience leading programs/projects and mentoring teams
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple deadlines
- Experience with MS Office and data analysis tools
- Understanding of regulatory frameworks (Basel, SOX, privacy, AML) and governance requirements
