US Service Technician - Villas at Old Concord

Performs technical and mechanical work to ensure buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet standards for safety, cleanliness, and functionality. Responsibilities include completing work orders and preventative maintenance by diagnosing defects and repairing per policies and codes; executing the make-ready process for vacant units, including pre-move-out inspections and punch lists; managing materials and inventory; documenting service requests accurately; assisting with grounds/amenities upkeep (pressure washing, cleaning, painting curbs/signage); supporting cost-control by using parts efficiently; and coordinating with vendors/contractors. Participates in safety training, may inspect contractor work for quality, and conducts routine property inspections. Requires physical ability to perform tasks in various weather conditions, travel as needed, and a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Required certifications: EPA Type 1 and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling and any state/local certifications; valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart when applicable.
