Job Summary
As a Sales Associate, you’ll help customers with sizes/styles, process purchases and returns, and ensure a clean, well-organized shop floor and stockroom. You’ll manage receiving deliveries, price products accurately, and deliver a fast, friendly till experience at the cash register. The role emphasizes customer service, merchandising, teamwork, and maintaining high standards in a fashion-focused retail environment. Seasonal part-time position with starting hourly pay of $16.25 and $0.50 increases at 6 and 12 months; eligibility for benefits such as PTO, discounts, and 401K. Strong communication, organization, and a customer-first mindset are key.
