Job Summary
Welcome and identify customer needs, explain products and services, monitor inventory to ensure stock levels, enter and process customer orders, and investigate and resolve customer complaints. Other duties as assigned. This role requires previous experience in sales or customer service, the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and strong communication skills. You will also need to handle physical demands including constant standing, lifting up to 30 lbs, and climbing ladders. Required Qualifications
