US Regional Quality Systems Manager - Large Form Factor Assembly

Lead the regional development, implementation, and long-term sustainability of a robust Quality Management System (QMS) for start-up Large Form Factor sites, ensuring rapid certification readiness and alignment to ISO 9001:2015 and corporate Quality strategy. Own QMS deployment for greenfield and early-stage LFF sites, establishing foundational quality system elements (production quality basics, core processes and governance, document control, risk management, audit readiness) while supporting capacity ramp-up. Define, deploy, and monitor QMS KPIs for start-up and sustaining environments, including system maturity, process adherence, corrective action effectiveness, audit performance, and readiness milestones. Build governance model for consistency across sites while permitting differing equipment layouts and maturity levels. Drive global quality system initiatives across start-up sites to ensure operations are architected to global standards. Develop and mentor Site Quality Systems teams, accelerating capability development and local stewardship. Align site objectives with regional and corporate strategies to support certification, customer readiness, and scalability. Establish a regional network of Quality Systems professionals with experience in large-scale manufacturing and early-stage site launches; embed continuous improvement to transition from launch to stable, data-driven maturity without disrupting production ramp. Act as primary regional escalation point for systemic quality and compliance issues, including findings from Gemba walks, internal audits, certification audits, or early customer assessments.
