Job Summary
Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases. Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and panels across time zones while communicating effectively with hiring managers and stakeholders. Conduct initial assessments, track the pipeline in ATS systems, and follow up on availability and documentation to ensure a positive candidate experience. This night shift role supports global hiring processes for a custom product engineering firm with a footprint in the US, UK, UAE, India, and Australia.
Required Qualifications
- 6 Months – 1 Year (Recruitment Pref)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple open positions
- Comfortable working during night shift (US time zones)
- Based in Bangalore (remote work allowed)
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with international hiring teams
- Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Outlook, Zoom, MS Teams
- Basic understanding of end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
