Job Summary
Vice President, Business Finance Manager role focusing on strategic market planning, financial analysis, and regional finance management across the Americas. Responsibilities include partnering with regional CFOs and Market Managers to develop strategic market plans, presenting insights to senior management, conducting financial analyses to identify opportunities, participating in month-end close, preparing for business reviews, and driving disciplined expense management. The role requires strong Excel/PowerPoint design skills, development of management dashboards and mock-ups for leadership, and collaboration with market managers to assess talent and optimize sales management processes. Travel is expected on a limited basis.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance/Accounting, or Engineering
- 6+ years of relevant experience
- Intermediate to advanced MS Office (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Pivot Tables, Nesting formulas)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize data and make decisions
- Proven experience delivering timely presentations and reports
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and leadership
- Willingness to travel (limited)
