Job Summary
Events Management Associate for JP Morgan Private Bank South region focused on planning, executing, and evaluating client events from concept through post-event analysis. Responsibilities include developing event strategy aligned with business goals, creating high-touch events consistent with brand standards, managing calendars and budgets, vendor negotiations, producing event materials, on-site support (registration, AV needs, speaker coordination), RSVP tracking, ROI analysis, data ownership, cross-collaboration with global events and marketing teams, and liaising with bankers and product partners to ensure a distinctive client experience. Requires 2+ years of event management experience, strong Excel/Word/PowerPoint skills, excellent communication, ability to travel, and exceptional organizational and attention-to-detail capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years prior experience in event management related activities
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint
- Excellent oral and written communications skills
- Ability to work early morning and late evening events and ability to travel
- Ability to prioritize tasks and communicate clearly amongst a variety of personalities
- Excellent organizational skills and extreme attention to detail
