Job Summary
Junior Associate in Events Management for JPMorgan Chase Private Bank’s Midwest region. Responsible for supporting the Midwest Region events team across planning, budgeting, vendor coordination, on-site support, RSVP tracking, data ownership, and ROI analysis. Develops event strategy aligned with business goals, creates high-touch events, manages calendars and budgets, negotiates with vendors, processes invoices, produces event materials, oversees on-site logistics (registration, materials distribution, AV needs, speaker handling), tracks attendance and ROI, and collaborates with global events and marketing teams to deliver a consistent client experience. Requires strong Excel/Word/PowerPoint skills, excellent communication, ability to travel, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years of experience in events, marketing, hospitality, or a related field
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint
- Excellent oral and written communications skills
- Ability to work early morning and late evening events and ability to travel
- Ability to prioritize tasks and communicate clearly amongst a variety of personalities
- Excellent organizational skills and extreme attention to detail
- Familiarity with budget tracking, invoice processing, and vendor coordination
